Los Medanos Fund is a single purpose corporation organized to provide SBA 504 loans to eligible small businesses throughout the nine Counties of the San Francisco Bay Area.  We make loans to successful small businesses to acquire land, buildings and capital equipment.

We are a non-profit corporation established in 1981. Los Medanos Fund is part of a non-profit economic development and housing group.  Our sister non-profit corporations are Pacific Community Services, Inc. and the Pittsburg Economic & Housing Development Corporation.  As a community development group we promote the economic development of communities, provide low and moderate income housing, housing counseling services and cultural activities.
